Property Competition to win a House in Pembrokeshire - Plus other prizes - house contents, speedboat and towing vehicle, various offroad motorcycles and a classic sports car - plus - if funds allow we will award bonus prizes at our discretion.

Presenting a competition to win a large house in a sought after small Pembrokeshire coastal village (Trefin) (pronounced Treveen), within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, close to the historic city of St Davids.

This is a five bedroom house,it has ample garden area and  parking area, the whole being situated in a semi secluded plot in the centre of the village, approximately 400 yds from the local beach and the Pembrokeshire National Park coastal path.

We have used it as a family home for the last fourteen years and it has served us well, as we have a large family. We have also rented part of it now and then, so it has provided an income. In the main house, the ground floor large bedroom was originally a garage, and could easily be converted back, to a large workshop.
